In designing an architectural work or an outdoor space, coming up with a good design is not everything. After the design it has to be executed, coordinating a large number of professionals and juggling bureaucracy and restrictions. Before the project: the steps to follow.
The biggest mistake in designing an architectural work or outdoor space is to rely solely on intuition. One cannot imagine a creation without first having questioned the client properly, listened to every need, and researched every solution, verifying the pre-feasibility of every possible intervention. And only afterward, based on all this, find the inspiration, the mark, the architectural gesture.
Frequent questions:
Understandably, the cost depends on the type of intervention or the budget available, which can determine what is feasible and what is not. For new architecture projects or large outdoor spaces, the starting cost is around 25,000 euros. For renovations, on the other hand, please refer to our page on Interior Design.
For architectural works to be built from scratch, we envisage a study phase of at least two months to come up with the concept (preliminary design) and up to six months for the executive design ready for tendering.
The creative part, i.e. the elaboration of the project concept, is a collective effort, which we set up together. Then the rest of the process, both client management and site management, is always followed by the same person, who becomes the unambiguous point of reference for both client and suppliers.
